Dragon Hearts is a "girls-only club" that meets about every six weeks on Friday afternoons. Girls in pre-k through fourth grade meet as a group and enjoy a fun-filled activity or event, such as cheerleading, cooking, exercise class, a trip to the zoo or a pool party. Parents are encouraged to attend with their daughters, but it is not required.

All girls in pre-k through 4th grade are invited to join the spirit squad and middle school cheerleaders to help cheer on the 5th-6th grade basketball team. The girls will meet in the gym after school, learn a new cheer and then join the older girls to cheer on the Dragons. This activity will last until 4:15 p.m. and includes cheering time and snacks. All participating girls will be allowed to wear any cheerleading outfit (Saints, LSU, etc.) to school that day.
